The remarkable potential within a group of talented young women from 17 villages, who have faced ongoing livelihood challenges, is both astonishing and heartening. Le Rythme has demonstrated its commitment to serving marginalized communities through its Noida Campus, where 120 SC/ST women are transported daily from 17 villages surrounding Dadari for 5-hour Animation training sessions since September 2023.

Le Rythme has ensured transportation with 15 cabs daily for the past 7 months and engaged 4 NSDC-certified trainers and 8 dedicated staff to ensure timely course completion. A job fair will be organized, and industry experts and university lecturers will be invited to provide insights and enhance skills. This endeavor represents one of Le Rythme’s most challenging undertakings, and the organization expresses gratitude to its team for their tireless efforts.
