Le Rythme organised “Beacons of India” to pay tribute to the legendary flute player Pandit Raghunath Prasanna at Chinmaya Mission on 27th & 28th November 2013. The concert was ornamented by the pioneers of Indian dance and music. Padma Vibhusan Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Padma Vibhusan Pt Birju Maharah, Padmabhusan Pandit Rajan Sajan Mishra, Pandit Rajendra Prasanna, Pandit Kumar Bose, Ustad Rashid Mustafa Thirakwa, Sh Deepak Maharaj, Ms Rini Mukherjee performed in the concert and mesmerised the audience.

Former High Commissioner Sh Shiv Shankar Mukherjee and Pranab Mukhapadhyay graced the occassion along with Pandit Ashok Chakradhar, Dr Shyamalendu Niyogi and other eminent personalities.
