Le Rythme, in partnership with REC Power Development Ltd, celebrates the success of its Women Empowerment Skill Development Training, benefitting 75 women from Madanpur Khadar Slum Area.

Initially catering to 60 participants, the program expanded due to high demand. Alongside, 66 uniforms were distributed to enhance training experiences. Participants’ excitement is palpable as they prepare for a dance showcase during the Bengali film festival and performance in the Red Fort.

Le Rythme’s commitment extends beyond training, evident in its donation of a cooler to a local school. Gratitude is extended to REC and supporters for their blessings. Best wishes are sent to participants as they pursue learning opportunities in Spoken English, Arts, Beautician skills, and more, all facilitated with meals provided all thanks to the tireless efforts by Le Rythme and the Rini Mukherjee Foundation.
