Le Rythme has reached another significant milestone in fostering a sustainable society. In partnership with a Japanese MNC, Air Water India Pvt. Ltd. (AWIPL), the organization has inaugurated its CSR Skill Development Center in Kolkata. Around 75 families stand to benefit from courses in Accounts Executives and Data Entry Operator, with prospects for employment opportunities through a forthcoming Job Fair organized by Le Rythme.

The project’s geographical focus was the factory located at Par Bangla, Budge Budge, Kolkata, West Bengal, reflecting the targeted approach adopted by Le Rythme to address specific needs within the community. By selecting this location, the project aimed to directly impact the lives of individuals residing in the vicinity, offering them access to quality training and employment opportunities close to home.
